According to my mother and host mom, we seem to always be on some holiday here in Chinandega, which is great since it allows me to be vaga and travel a little bit. Both my mom in the states and my host mom in Chinandega have called me out on it..saying that i seem to be traveling a lot lately…please know I am still working just as hard if not more. It's just harder to work when the health center is closed 3 days in a row for national independence days or when your fiestas patronales shut down the city for a month or when there is always some reason to celebrate!
